- 1 Chris’ Festivale Southern Smashed Avocado & Fetta Dip
- 2 Croissants
- 2 eggs
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 lime
- a few sprigs of coriander
- Slice croissants in half and spread the dip evenly on one side.
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
- Fry the eggs on a greased skillet until cooked to liking.
- Place eggs on croissant and squeeze lime juice and coriander on top.
