Egyptian Beetroot Soup
- Place all your ingredients into a medium saucepan.
- Cover with 3 cups of boiling water & bring back up to the boil, stirring well.
- Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, more dill, salt and pepper.
