Hommus & Quinoa Fritters
- 1 cup Chris’ Traditional Hommus Dip
- 1 egg
- 1 250g pkt cooked quinoa from rice aisle
- ½ cup plain flour
- Oil for shallow frying
- Place everything into a bowl except for oil and combine well.
- Heat oil in a small pan on medium, enough for shallow frying.
- Take golf-ball sized spoonful of batter and place into the oil. Fry on each side until golden.
Season with sea salt and serve.
