Cook Time – 5 minutes

Prep time – 5 minutes


  • 1⁄2 a tub of Chris’ Dips Caviar (Taramosalata) Dip.
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3-4 lemon wedges
  • Black sesame seeds, to garnish (optional).


1. Mash the avocado roughly with a fork, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

2. Mix Chris’ Caviar Dip with a tablespoon of water until smooth. Set aside.

3. Fry or poach the eggs to your liking.

4. Toast the bread.
