Warm Greek Salad Bruschetta

Serves 4 as a starter THREEOLIVE-INGREDIENTS


  • Chris’ Traditional Three Olive Dip
  • 4 slices of ciabatta bread
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • 6 small vine tomatoes
  • A couple of tablespoons of Australian Feta
  • Mint or Basil & Balsamic Vinegar, to serve


  • Toast your bread on a griddle or under a grill under golden
  • Cut a cross into the top of each of your tomatoes and microwave on high for 1 minute or until blistered & soft
  • Spread the Three Olive Dip on your bread
  • Top with cucumber, warm tomatoes and feta
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving
